It was meant to question some of the inexplicable decisions handed down by the NHL offices over the last several years that have affected multiple teams. Just wanted to clarify that. Also, I really don't care if Pronger was trying to free his foot from entanglement. Pronger can say what he wants, and at least he apologized. It's not the league's place to make that excuse for him.
